Alfa-Bank (Ukraine) fully paid out the amount due for the first Interest Period under the Eurobonds

On February 09, 2009 CJSC “Alfa-Bank” (Ukraine), in full and in due terms, paid out the amount due for the first Interest Period under Eurobonds, for the amount of USD 250 mln with maturity in August 2011 and an investor put option which may be exercised in August 2009. The amount of payment made up USD 15.6 mln.

For the first time the above mentioned Eurobonds were offered in reliance on Rule 144A under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), together with investors outside the United States in reliance on Regulation S under the Securities Act.
