Head of Human Resources, Member of the Management Board

Ms. Tetyana Strekal is the Head of Human Resources, Member of the Management board since 2005. Prior to her current position she was employed as Human Resources Manager for British American Tobacco Ukraine and Moldova. Prior to joining Alfa Bank, Tatyana was employed as Human Resources Manager for British American Tobacco Ukraine and Moldova. During her 7 years career in BAT, Tatyana also gained international experience in BAT Germany and BAT Russia. Tetyana graduated from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv State University majoring in journalism in 1991 and later got a degree in finance in Ukrainian State University of finance and international trade.
